In recent months we have had very trying times with cover within PTS, Ability head office and crews have been amazing! Both have really got us out of a few sticky situations that couldn’t have been resolved without their help! 

All the crews supplied have worked hard, been polite and nothing has been too much trouble.. We’ve had great feedback from all wards about all members of Ability staff.. 

 

Crews that have worked for us recently in particular have bent over backwards to help with anything asked of them.. We really appreciate all their hard work and attitude to work.. It’s been refreshing to say the least! All crews are professional and on time..

 

We welcome all these guys back anytime, not only have they an amazing attitude, always polite and hardworking but they can be trusted with any patients.. We know we can send them with difficult patients, confused patients or patients that just need a little more TLC than usual.. 

 

Given Ability’s work efficiency, performance, bedside manner and compassion.. I have no issues with booking with Ability in the future and recommend them to anyone for PTS of any kind..

Ability are my first go to when booking crews for a shift or on a job by job basis with particular needs..
